HUBUNGAN KADAR ADAMTS 13 DENGAN LUARAN PENDERITA STROK ISKEMIK AKUT
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan kadar ADAMTS 13 dengan luaran penderita strok iskemik akut.Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUP dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar. Metode penelitian bersifat kohord prospektif dilakukan selama bulan September sampai Desember 2014. Pemeriksaan laboratorium dilakukan di Unit Penelitian Fakultas Kedokteran Unhas. Total sampel 50 orang, berumur antara 36-81 tahun dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Kadar ADAMTS 13 diukur dengan metode Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan kadar ADAMTS 13 terhadap luaran membaik adalah 520.84 ng/mL dan luaran tidak membaik adalah 438.50 ng/mL. Uji t tidak berpasangan memperlihatkan perbedaan bermakna antara luaran penderita SIA dengan nilai p=0.009 (p<0.01). Berdasarkan analisis kadar ADAMTS 13 pada luaran membaik sebanyak 30% dan luaran tidak membaik sebanyak 70%. Analisis korelasi Spearman menunjukkan kadar ADAMTS 13 berkorelasi negatif dengan luaran strok iskemik akut (r=-0,482 dan p=0.000).Kadar ADAMTS 13 dapat digunakan sebagai penanda untuk memprediksi luaran pada penderita strok iskemik akut.
