HUBUNGAN JUMLAH LEUKOSIT, RASIO NEUTROFIL LIMFOSIT DAN RASIO MONOSIT LIMFOSIT DENGAN DERAJAT STENOSIS KORONER PADA PENYAKIT JANTUNG KORONER
Abstract
Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PJK) merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan karena adanya penyumbatan pada dinding pembuluh darah arteri jantung oleh aterosklerosis. Aterosklerosis dicirikan sebagai proses inflamasi kronis dimana peradangan memegang peranan penting dalam semua tahap aterosklerosis, mulai dari pembentukan plak hingga ruptur plak dan berlangsung lama pada arteri. Jumlah Leukosit, Rasio Neutrofil Limfosit (RNL) dan Rasio Monosit Limfosit (RML) merupakan penanda proses aterogenik dan inflamasi pada pembentukan aterosklerosis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Membuktikan hubungan jumlah leukosit, RNL, RML dengan derajat stenosis pada penyakit jantung koroner. Penelitian ini merupakan studi analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 51 orang penderita PJK yang menjalani kateterisasi jantung di RS Telogorejo Semarang. Dilakaukan pemeriksaan Jumlah leukosit, RNL, RML menggunakan alat hematologi analyzer. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah korelasi Spearman, p<0,05 dianggap bermakna. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai korelasi jumlah leukosit dengan derajat stenosis adalah (r = 0,195; p = 0,171) yang artinya tidak terdapat korelasi signifikan dan nilai korelasi RNL, RML dengan derajat stenosis adalah (r = 0,414; p = 0,002), (r = 0,445; p = 0,001) yang artinya terdapat korelasi positif sedang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara jumlah leukosit dengan derajat stenosis, dan terdapat hubungan signifikan positif sedang antara RNL, RML dengan derajat stenosis.
